Training of Teachers for a better teaching Outcome
Background
Adiuvaret Research and Consulting has created an unique training module to develop teachers to improve the teaching outcome and overall academic development of students. We call the training as IMPACT (Input, Method, Process, Activities, Creativity and Transformation). We have design teaching models for each component to ensure that the teachers gain confidence and contribute immensely for academic development of the school and students.
Components of IMPACT
Inputs: This session will help teachers to understand various inputs those are needed to make the teaching a beautiful experience for the students. Thus quality inputs are important ingredient for the school to excel.
Methods: Every teacher is Unique and every teacher has unique methods to teach. This session will help teachers to identify their uniqueness and also the method they can develop and imbibe to have a better skill building process among students.
Process: Doing things in a structured way is the key to build the excellence. To do this we need to understand the process and build a system to work things in a given process. This session will help in building processes for each of the activities done at school, including imbibing discipline among students.
Activities: Activities are the core of the skill building process in the school years. The National Education Policy (NEP), 2020 has given a lot of focus on the vocational training. This session will help teachers to understand and carry out various activities in school to develop the vocational skills among students.
Creativity: Children in school years are naturally talented and try to explore new things. Building and nurturing the creativity is the most important role of each and every teacher. This session will help in understanding the techniques of improving creativity among students.
Transformation: All the above are needed to transform a narrow mind to a great thinker. The role of teachers and schools is to transform every child to a good human being and a great thinker. This session will help teachers to understand the technique of measuring the transformation and accordingly suggest parents the best opportunities for the students.
